Brothers Express began as a small, family-driven dream in Fort Wayne. It was built on the foundation of shared responsibility and mechanical integrity. From our first single truck to a modern fleet spanning the Midwest and East coast, our growth has been fueled by an unwavering commitment to the sectors we serve. Our History
Brothers Express, Inc. was founded in 1979 as a local cartage company. Parrish Cartage followed in 1983 as a truckload contract carrier. Both companies were established by Donald R. Parrish, Jr. and Stanford A. Parrish. In 1991, Samuel J. Rykard joined the organization to lead the trucking division. In 1994, Parrish Cartage became part of Brothers Express, Inc. providing strong, consistent service at competitive rates. Today, we operate from modern terminals in Fort Wayne, IN. Safety is central to our operation, maintaining a secure environment for our drivers and freight.
